Commercial Insurance
Commercial General Liability Insurance, or CGL, is coverage that will protect your business in the event that you are sued. Business Liability Insurance protects your business against financial loss resulting from claims of injury or damage caused to others by you or your employees.
Bodily Injury and Property Damage :
If your company, your product, your work, your employees, or anything else associated with your company causes physical injury to someone like a client or damages their property or belongings, you could be held legally responsible. If held legally responsible you may be required to pay. It is in cases like these that your coverage will pay for compensatory damages. Plainly put, compensatory damages are damages meant to compensate. Its purpose is to put things back the way they were (financially) prior to the injury or damage.
Product Liability :
Product Liability Insurance protects the business from claims related to the manufacture or sale of products, food, medicines, or other goods to the public. It covers the manufacturer's or seller's liability for losses or injuries to a buyer, user, or bystander caused by a defect or malfunction of the product, and, in some instances, a defective design or a failure to warn. When it is part of a Commercial General Liability policy, the coverage is sometimes called Products-Completed Operations Insurance.
Wrap-Up Liability:
(for general contractors while they are building a building or project) – The Wrap-Up Liability policy covers the owner's and contractor's interests in a single policy for a specific construction project. These interests include contractors, owners, architects, engineers, sub-trades, and more. The Wrap-Up policy removes the necessity for separate policies for each party since all parties are protected by the Wrap-Up policy, thus greatly simplifying the settlement of claims by eliminating lengthy litigation to establish blame.
Liquor Liability:
Liquor Liability Insurance protects your business against loss or damages claimed as a result of a patron of your business becoming intoxicated and injuring themselves or others. If your business manufactures, sells, serves, or facilitates the use or purchase of alcohol, then your business may need this coverage.
Event Liability:
Insurance protection against lawsuits for individuals, organization,s or companies who hold single/multi-day functions with or without alcohol service
